Sally leads an active life and is a personal trainer and coach. She has used much of her professional knowledge to help her get through some of the hardest times of her life. “I usually tell my clients when they’re trying to make a change in their life that it takes about 16 weeks to build a habit,” she says. “I reminded myself of this as I learned to get comfortable with my wig.”
