European Hair—European Wigs

by Karlis on September 3rd, 2010

If you want invisible hair, you need to buy the hair that most closely matches your own, and if your hair is European, this means buying European wigs.

Lighter in denier (thickness) and heavier in density, European hair has a distinctive movement and feel to it, and in order to reproduce it you need European hair. Those who don’t sell European wigs will argue that there’s no difference, but there is, and the eye can catch it, and people do notice it. Asian hair and most Indian hair is heavier in denier and moves differently, with the most coarse of these hairs looking stiff in comparison. Synthetic hair is even worse, almost stiff like cardboard in comparison to European wigs.

Another matter is color and the bleaching and dyeing needed to get coarse black hair to show the natural European colors. The problem is that the base colors of Asian and Indian hair are reddish, and to get the ash, brown, and gold base colors in a lot of European hair a tremendous amount of coloring is needed.

And this doesn’t even touch on the mass manufacturing methods you always see in Asian and Indian hair wigs, where hair is cuticle removed and loses its natural lustre entirely. Follea European wigs use the most natural and minimal processing methods today, and are willing to make the considerable effort in manpower needed to produce European wigs with healthy cuticle intact hair that still have the natural luster of your own healthy hair.

It’s crucial to consider that just because people don’t stand up and say these are Asian wigs and those are European wigs outright does not mean they don’t notice. Sometimes, when people see fake wigs its just an inkling, maybe not even a conscious feeling that something looks fake about the hair.
